That's the only way I've ever dealt with them and they've always fixed everything before I finished talking with them. If you just have an iWeb site.. most likely any troubles you're having is because you're not publishing correctly or entering in the wrong password. I set up a website through iWeb, which was very simple and intuitive as most mac packages are, but am having all kinds of trouble not only deciperhing but getting help from host gator. For example, I sent them a help request on Nov. 26th and as of Dec. 4th have still not heard back from them. Sorry to trouble you, but is there any more specific steps you can give re: host gator to me to work through host gator. Since I already registered my website through them (based on another recommendation to use them) and have paid the hosting fees, I hate to give up and eat the costs but at this point I am angry.
